Soccer Recap: South Davidson Takes a Loss + How To Watch

South Davidson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 8-1 to the Albemarle Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Albemarle this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-1 last Monday.

South Davidson's goal came courtesy of Jayden Bustos Benitez, who's now up to three this season.

South Davidson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Albemarle, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Coming up, South Davidson will challenge South Stanly at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Albemarle, they will square off against Greater Cabarrus Athletic Association at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
