Basketball Recap: Baldwinsville Comes Up Short

Baldwinsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 56-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cicero-North Syracuse Northstars. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bees this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-50 back in December of 2024.

Baldwinsville now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Cicero-North Syracuse, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

Baldwinsville won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Bishop Ludden at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cicero-North Syracuse, they will be taking part in a tournament against Cardinal O'Hara at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
