Morton took a four-goal defeat the last time they faced off against Moline, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Potters had just enough and edged out the Maroons 3-2 on Thursday. The win was nothing new for Morton as they're now sitting on four straight.

Dayne Klopfenstein and Uan Chatwell scored all three of Morton's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Morton's victory bumped their record up to 8-1-2. As for Moline, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-4 record.
