Softball Recap: Mondovi Extends Home Winning Streak to Six

While Mondovi's victory against Spring Valley wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Buffaloes never let the Cardinals get on the board and left with a 2-0 win on Monday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Buffaloes as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Mondovi's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-10. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Spring Valley, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-15.
