Eastern Hancock extended the longest winning streak in Mid-Indiana Football this week by beating South Putnam, 29-14. The win marks 13th in a row for the the Royals.

Eastern Hancock took down the Eagles 29-14 last week, the largest margin of any game. Spencer Gilbert ran for 188 yards and caught 1 pass for 21 yards during the win.

6-foot-2 quarterback Chris Johannigman of South Decatur is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,310. He has also thrown 6 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Brenden Smith. The Indian Creek star has 53 catches for 948 yards.

In 123 carries Smith has accumulated 960 yard this year.
