Basketball Recap: East Nashville Magnet Takes a Loss

East Nashville Magnet was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 64-60 heartbreaker at the hands of the Christ Presbyterian Academy Lions. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Saturday (55), the Eagles still had to take the loss.

East Nashville Magnet now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Christ Presbyterian Academy, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

East Nashville Magnet didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 61-51 win against Maplewood on the 6th. As for Christ Presbyterian Academy, they will face off against Montgomery Bell Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
