Football Recap: North Grand Eagle Owls vs. Pritzker Jaguars
If North Grand was riding high fresh off their 37-3 takedown of Steinmetz College Prep last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The North Grand Eagle Owls had to suffer through a 42-0 loss at the hands of the Pritzker Jaguars. Considering the last time the Eagle Owls couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.
Edward Chilel was his usual excellent self, rushing for 142 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries, while also picking up 39 receiving yards and a touchdown for Pritzker. Chilel also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, forcing a fumble, making nine total tackles (2.5 for loss), and defending a pass.
North Grand's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Pritzker, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.
