Volleyball Recap: Huntley's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

Huntley entered their tilt with Dundee-Crown on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Chargers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

Huntley easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-15.

Izzy Whitehouse paced Huntley's offense, picking up seven kills. Whitehouse were helped by Emily Ernst and Abby Whitehouse, who contributed nine assists each.

Huntley's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Dundee-Crown, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Huntley is set to face off against their familiar foe Crystal Lake South at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Dundee-Crown will take on rival Crystal Lake Central at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
