Volleyball Recap: Taylor County Comes Up Short

Taylor County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Crescent City Raiders. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to the Raiders when the teams met back in September of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Taylor County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Crescent City, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

Taylor County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Bronson on the 6th. As for Crescent City, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Bell on the 5th.
