Basketball Recap: Palmyra Continues Home Dominance on Saturday

Palmyra had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They had just enough and edged the Deptford Spartans out 34-31. The 34-point effort marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Palmyra pushed their record up to 16-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Deptford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.
