Soccer Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

Mountain View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Riverside Rangers. The game was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Lobos couldn't quite close it out.

Mountain View's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Riverside, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountain View will welcome Ysleta at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Riverside, they will be playing at home against Irvin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
