Ridgefield won the last time they faced Bridgeport Central, and Adam Swiergosz did his part to make sure it happened again. The Tigers blew past the Hilltoppers 3-0 on Monday for which the team can thank Swiergosz, who had 28 assists and four digs. He is on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 17 or more in each of the last 14 games he's played.

Ridgefield walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-15, 25-16.

Ridgefield has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-10 record this season. As for Bridgeport Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-10.

Coming up, Ridgefield will face off against Conard on Wednesday. The Red Wolves will roll in looking for their 21st straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. Bridgeport Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
