After only 30 points in their last game, Noble Street College Prep made sure to put some points up on the board against Intrinsic on Monday. The Noble Street College Prep Golden Tigers walked away with a 71-59 victory over the Intrinsic Mustangs. That's more bragging rights for the Golden Tigers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Intrinsic's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Angel Munoz, who posted 20 points. Those 20 points gave Munoz a new career-high. Israel Paredes was another key player, putting up 18 points.

Noble Street College Prep's win bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Intrinsic, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Chicago Academy the next time they take the court. Intrinsic will head out to face Chicago Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Noble Street College Prep will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on February 18th.
