Basketball Game Preview: Clackamas Cavaliers vs. Tigard Tigers

The Clackamas Cavaliers are taking a road trip to face off against the Tigard Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Clackamas knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Tigard likes a good challenge.

Clackamas is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Century just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Jaguars by a score of 64-62. The game marked the Cavaliers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, Tigard entered their tilt with Beaverton on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They took down the Beavers 62-48.

Tigard now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Clackamas, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Clackamas came out on top in a nail-biter against Tigard when the teams last played back in December of 2018, sneaking past 70-68. Does Clackamas have another victory up their sleeve, or will Tigard turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
