Volleyball Recap: Fayetteville Wolves vs. Leroy Bears
Fayetteville had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Leroy Bears with a sharp 3-0 win.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-23, 25-20.
Kenleigh Mcarthur paced Fayetteville's offense, picking up 19 kills. Mcarthur got some help from
Isabella Kelley and her 15 assists.
Fayetteville's victory bumped their record up to 26-11. As for Leroy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.
Fayetteville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Kinston on the 24th. Leroy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
