Softball Recap: Biddeford Tigers vs. Scarborough Red Storm
Biddeford was the 6-5 winner over Scarborough when they last played one another back in May of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Biddeford Tigers lost 14-3 to the Scarborough Red Storm on Friday.
Biddeford saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mariah Villandry, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and a double.
On Scarborough's side, Gabby Pelletier made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching six innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits. Pelletier was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and a double.
