Two dominant backs in Donato Gatses and T.J. Harland are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Glenbard North Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Yorkville Foxes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Glenbard North will be strutting in after a win while Yorkville will be coming in after a loss.

Glenbard North took a loss when they played away from home two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 39-20 victory over Wheaton North.

A big part of Glenbard North's win came down to the chemistry between Kyle Melody and his top target Zechariah Morris. Melody threw for 151 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 78.9% of his passes while Morris picked up 60 receiving yards and one TD. What's more, Melody racked up 114.1 passer rating, the most he's had since back in September.

Glenbard North was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 291 rushing yards. They are a perfect 6-0 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

Even if they lost, Yorkville's defense still kept up the pressure with four sacks. Bolingbrook's QB won't forget Jacob Nebren anytime soon given he sacked him three times.

Glenbard North is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Yorkville, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-2.
