Softball Recap: Burncoat Comes Up Short

Burncoat fell victim to St. Bernard's Central Catholic and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 13-0 to the Bernardians. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bernardians apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2025.

Burncoat's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Burncoat will venture away from home to face off against Southbridge at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Bernard's Central Catholic, they will head out to challenge Worcester Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
