Governor Mifflin had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Ephrata Mountaineers on Friday as they made off with an 11-1 win. The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 games by six runs or more this season.

The victory was the eighth in a row for Governor Mifflin, bringing their record up to 24-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Ephrata, their loss dropped their record down to 18-8.

As of now, neither Governor Mifflin nor the Mountaineers have any future games scheduled.
