Football Recap: Coahulla Creek Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After soaring to 45 points the game before, Coahulla Creek was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They took a 19-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Union County Panthers. The Colts were not able to make up for their loss to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Waelyn Baliles threw for 164 yards and one TD. Wyatt Mann was his top target, picking up 123 receiving yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Tyler Douglas rushed for 89 yards.

Coahulla Creek's defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Union County, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-6.
