Rockingham County entered their tilt with Atkins on Friday with ten consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 11. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Camels a 9-0 shutout. The game snapped a strange streak: the last four times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

The result came thanks to Hudson Deel's shutout, as he gave up just two hits and racked up 12 Ks. Furthermore, he didn't allow a single earned run, the first time he has blanked an opponent since March 4th.
