             Seven Lakes is 1-9 against Tompkins since September of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Tuesday. The Seven Lakes Spartans are taking a road trip to  take on the Tompkins Falcons  at 5:30  p.m. Seven Lakes is coming into the  game hot, having won their last four games.
 On Friday, Seven Lakes beat Paetow 3-1.
 In the three sets Seven Lakes was on fire: they won each by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-15, 24-26,  25-14.
 Seven Lakes' success was spearheaded by the efforts of   Megan Chapman, who  had 13  digs, and   Sofia Deuel, who  had eight  digs and two  aces. Chapman is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had 13 or more in the last five games she's  played dating back to last season.
 Meanwhile,  after a string of five wins, Tompkins' good fortune finally ran out  on Friday. They lost  3-0 to Cinco Ranch. Considering the last time the Falcons couldn't score was  back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.
 Seven Lakes is  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last seven matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 27-9 record  this season. As for Tompkins, their defeat dropped their record down to 25-13.
 Seven Lakes came up short against Tompkins in their previous matchup  back in September, falling  3-1. Can Seven Lakes avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
