Football Recap: Burkburnett Bulldogs vs. Jacksboro Tigers
Burkburnett extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to six on Friday, dropping them down to 0-5. They had to suffer through a 62-13 loss at the hands of the Jacksboro Tigers. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-7.

Burkburnett's loss came despite strong showings from Griffen Johnston and George Moseley. Johnston picked up 115 receiving yards and one score, while Moseley picked up 76 receiving yards and one TD. With that strong performance, Johnston is now averaging an impressive 101 receiving yards per game.
