Soccer Recap: Paulding County Comes Up Short

Paulding County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 8-2 to the Rome Wolves. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Paulding County were already down 7-1.

Anna Madden and Sy'Rae Dumas scored both of Paulding County's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 40 goals.

Paulding County now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Rome, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-2.

Paulding County has already played their next contest, an 8-2 win against Osborne on the 31st. As for Rome, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 9-0 victory against New Manchester on the 27th.
