Adams Central is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Central City on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Patriots were outmatched by the Bison and fell 56-27. The Huskies haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Aurora found their leader in sophomore Wyatt Pollet, who rushed for 174 yards and a pair of scores. Those 174 rushing yards set a new season-high mark for Pollet. Canon Allen got in on the action as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.
