Volleyball Recap: Bell Starts Season with Win at Home

Bell gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Franklin Panthers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Bell never let Franklin on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-18, 25-22.

Franklin's defeat was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Bell will head out to face off against Carson at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Franklin, they will host West Adams at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
