Softball Recap: George C. Marshall Comes Up Short

George C. Marshall lost against James Madison back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. George C. Marshall lost 22-3 to James Madison.

Lindsey Manifor made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-3. Fiona Rodham was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

George C. Marshall now has a losing record of 1-2. James Madison has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, George C. Marshall will head out on the road to square off against Wakefield School at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for James Madison, they will challenge South County at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
