Softball Recap: Mason County Comes Up Short

Mason County fell victim to Taylor County and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cardinals. The Royals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mason County's loss dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Taylor County, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 22-6.

Looking ahead, Mason County will head out on the road to take on Pendleton County at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Taylor County, they will head out to square off against East Jessamine at 4:15 p.m. on Saturday.
