Soccer Game Preview: Union County vs. Coahulla Creek

The Union County Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Coahulla Creek Colts at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Union County is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Their defense stepped up to hand Rockmart a 9-0 shutout on Friday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded Union County with their most commanding win of the season.

Meanwhile, the contest between Coahulla Creek and Murray County was close at halftime, but Coahulla Creek turned on the heat in the second half with two goals. Coahulla Creek was the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over Murray County on Friday. Winning may never get old, but Coahulla Creek sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Coahulla Creek's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those four games. As for Union County, they now have a winning record of 5-4-1.
