Baseball Recap: Kingswood Makes It Seven in a Row on the Road

Kingswood waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Coe-Brown Academy Bears. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Knights have posted against the Bears since April 14, 2017.

Kingswood pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.1 runs over those games. As for Coe-Brown Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
