The John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers will head out on the road to face off against the Sipsey Valley Bears at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sipsey Valley took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on John Carroll Catholic, who comes in off a win.

John Carroll Catholic's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Wenonah as John Carroll Catholic made off with a 15-0 victory.

Meanwhile, Sipsey Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 12-2 to West Blocton.

Sipsey Valley saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jules Lindsey, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Sipsey Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for John Carroll Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 6-11.

Everything went John Carroll Catholic's way against Sipsey Valley in their previous meeting back in May of 2021, as John Carroll Catholic made off with a 10-0 victory.
