Softball Recap: Peoria Notre Dame Irish vs. Deer Creek-Mackinaw Chiefs

Peoria Notre Dame had lost three straight on the road, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 8-8 to make it four. They fell just short of the Deer Creek-Mackinaw Chiefs by a score of 3-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Irish of the 17-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.
