Soccer Recap: Bay City Comes Up Short

Bay City and Fort Bend Willowridge squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Bay City had to settle for second. They lost 6-2 to the Eagles. Bay City have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second loss in a row.

Leonel Prudencio and Evaristo Feilberg scored both of Bay City's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 47 goals.

Bay City's defeat dropped their record down to 19-2-6. As for Fort Bend Willowridge, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-6-4.

Bay City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Bend Willowridge, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Salado on the 25th.
