Baseball Game Preview: Metea Valley Mustangs vs. Neuqua Valley Wildcats

For the second straight game, Metea Valley will face off against Neuqua Valley. The Mustangs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Metea Valley is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.

Metea Valley came into this matchup off a tough 11-run loss on Saturday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of Neuqua Valley by a score of 5-3 on Monday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Metea Valley got a good showing from Kayden Nimer, who tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. Nimer has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
