Washington extended the longest winning streak in Greater Dakota this week by beating Riggs, 27-20. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.

Roosevelt made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,026 from 3,595. The advance stemmed from a 35-21 victory over Yankton last week.

Washington's dynamic duo of Jon Hander and Nathan Gerry proved tough for the Governors to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Hander threw for 228 yards and three touchdowns and Gerry had 166 yards receiving. Grant Lewis helped Washington's passing attack out by catching one ball for 34 yards.

Caden Quintanillia was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 10 carries, he ran for 116 yards as Lincoln topped Riggs. Kual Jiel also contributed to the rushing game with 102 yards on the ground.

The Warriors' Hander and Gerry have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Hander has thrown for 1008 yards this season, while Gerry, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 16 catches for 426 yards. Spearfish's Nate Rotert leads the league in rushing yards with 715.

A big matchup in Greater Dakota this week will be when the Rough Riders take on Sturgis Brown. As it stands, Roosevelt is in second, while Sturgis Brown is in seventh.

The Patriots led the league in scoring this week after putting up 55 points on Clint Nelson's team. Quintanillia in the win.
