Basketball Recap: Chesterton Academy of St. Philip Neri Has No Trouble Against Midland Adventist Academy

Chesterton Academy of St. Philip Neri hadn't done well against Midland Adventist Academy recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Chesterton Academy of St. Philip Neri Crusaders strolled past the Midland Adventist Academy Mustangs with points to spare, taking the game 47-30. This was payback for the Crusaders, who suffered a 61-28 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Chesterton Academy of St. Philip Neri now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Midland Adventist Academy, the loss snapped their winning streak at seven games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 2-1 record.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy the next time they take the court. Chesterton Academy of St. Philip Neri will host Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Midland Adventist Academy will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
