Football Game Preview: Cresskill vs. North Arlington

Cresskill have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will challenge North Arlington on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Cresskill will be strutting in after a victory while North Arlington will be stumbling in from a defeat.

Cresskill took an ego-bruising loss against Hasbrouck Heights three weeks ago, but they kept their chin up and bounced back two weeks ago. Two weeks ago, Cresskill narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Saddle Brook 15-12. Having pegged this as anyone's game, the MaxPreps state rankings were right on the nose.

Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: North Arlington lost to Hasbrouck Heights last Friday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 6-42.

Cresskill were fully in charge the last time the two teams met, breezing past North Arlington 50-7. The rematch might be a little tougher for Cresskill since the team won't have home-field advantage. Watch the game and check back on MaxPreps to see if the change in venue makes a difference.
