Baseball Recap: Gallatin Comes Up Short

Gallatin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Beech Buccaneers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Buccaneers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 on Tuesday.

Gallatin's defeat dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Beech, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 19-15.

Looking ahead, Gallatin will challenge Hillsboro at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Beech, they will take on White House-Heritage at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
