Basketball Recap: Albuquerque HomeSchool Comes Up Short

If Albuquerque HomeSchool was riding high fresh off their 59-37 takedown of Varsity Opponent last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Albuquerque HomeSchool Saints took a 38-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of Sandia View Academy. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Saints this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 49-40 back in December of 2024.

Joshua Davis was Albuquerque HomeSchool's leading scorer, having posted three points.

Albuquerque HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Sandia View Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Albuquerque HomeSchool will square off against Varsity Opponent at 8:00 p.m. on January 17th. Sandia View Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
