Basketball Recap: Tech Comes Up Short

Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 64-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the KIPP Newark Lab Sharks. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Sharks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.

Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Tech will head out to square off against Nutley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for KIPP Newark Lab, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Bayonne at 5:30 p.m. on the 27th.
