Ennis entered their tilt with Kaufman on Friday with five consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past Kaufman 12-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 7-2 last Tuesday.

Caleb Beauchamp made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run over 5.2 innings pitched. Beauchamp was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in hits.

In other batting news, Ennis let Blaine Zhanel and Isaac Mata run wild. Zhanel scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-3, while Mata scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Those two hits gave Mata a new career-high.
