 Union had to endure  a  ten-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on the Rahway Indians with a sharp  12-2 win on Tuesday. Union's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  runs they've scored all season.
 For Rahway's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Larissa Laurie, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of  Danielle Maher, who  went 1-for-2 with a  triple and  an  RBI.
