Football Recap: Pecatonica/Argyle Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Pecatonica/Argyle unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They had to suffer through a 49-0 loss at the hands of the New Glarus Glarner Knights. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pecatonica/Argyle will take on Waterloo at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for New Glarus, they will venture away from home to square off against Belleville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
