The High Point Baptist Academy Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Delaware County Christian Knights at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. High Point Baptist Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.2 runs per game this season.

High Point Baptist Academy will roll into the match after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one run last Thursday, then bounced right back against Jenkintown last Friday. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. Blaise Perrone was another key player, scoring two runs while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

High Point Baptist Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .615. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Jenkintown only posted an OBP of .100.

Meanwhile, Delaware County Christian is still winless after their contest against King's Christian last Thursday, but the team can take solace in the fact it was the closest they've come to winning. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-4 heartbreaker at the hands of King's Christian. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss Delaware County Christian has suffered since April 25, 2024.

Delaware County Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Beau Lyren, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Reid Darnall also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Delaware County Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for High Point Baptist Academy, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
