Basketball Recap: Cache Comes Up Short

Cache was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 52-50 heartbreaker at the hands of the Pauls Valley Panthers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Bulldogs have suffered since December 7, 2024.

Cache's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Pauls Valley, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-5.

Cache will take on Harrah at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Pauls Valley, they will square off against Lindsay at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
