Softball Recap: Dublin Comes Up Short

Dublin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Peaster Greyhounds, falling 15-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 11-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Dublin's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Peaster, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-8.

Dublin wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 17-2 loss against Comanche on the 15th. As for Peaster, they have also already played their next matchup, an 11-7 victory against Tolar on the 17th.
