The Riverside Christian Wranglers suffered their biggest defeat since January 5th on Thursday. They were dealt a 54-23 defeat at the hands of Redeemer Christian. Riverside Christian has struggled against Redeemer Christian recently, as their contest on Thursday was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Redeemer Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Selena Martin, who scored 23 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Martin has scored at least a third of Redeemer Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cami Satterfield, who scored 17 points.

Riverside Christian dropped their record down to 2-19 with that loss, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 17.6 points per game. As for Redeemer Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Riverside Christian will take on First Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Redeemer Christian on the road again on Monday and play against Countryside Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 29th.
