Baseball Recap: First Baptist School Continues Road Dominance on Wednesday

First Baptist School won the last time they faced Lowcountry Leadership and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Hurricanes walked away with a 9-5 victory over the NaviGators.

First Baptist School pushed their record up to 12-3-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Lowcountry Leadership, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.

Looking ahead, First Baptist School will square off against Pinewood Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lowcountry Leadership, they will challenge Charleston Math & Science at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Riptide have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.25 runs per game on average), something the NaviGators will no doubt try to take advantage of.
