Basketball Recap: Wheaton North Takes a Loss

Wheaton North was the 28-22 winner over Lake Park when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Wheaton North Falcons took a 38-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lake Park Lancers.

Wheaton North's loss dropped their record down to 16-14. As for Lake Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 18-12 record this season.

Coming up, Wheaton North will square off against Plainfield North at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Wheaton North is facing Plainfield North at the right time seeing as Plainfield North is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Lake Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
