Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jones). They blew past the Lake Buena Vista Vipers 84-43 on Monday. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 46-23.

Loss or not, Lake Buena Vista got some senior leadership from Travis Ligene and Ronaldo Alcantara. Ligene almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine assists, while Alcantara dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Sean Gaynor, who posted four points.

Jones is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.2 points per game. As for Lake Buena Vista, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-11.

Jones didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 65-62 loss against University on the 15th. As for Lake Buena Vista, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 67-63 victory against Freedom on the 15th.
